General

Tickets are only valid for the date and show time listed in the confirmation e-mail. No refunds or exchanges can be made later than 30 minutes after the scheduled show time for the feature. E-mail confirmations are not tickets and tickets must be picked up at concession using the e-mail confirmation. At this time passes or other certificates cannot be redeemed using online ticketing.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Refunds and exchanges of movie ticket(s) are available in certain limited circumstances. Movie tickets purchased through the Services include a non-refundable Convenience Charge. Before purchasing your movie ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time, location and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see.

  2. A refund will return the value of the movie ticket(s) you purchased using the Services to the method of payment used for the transaction, excluding the Convenience Charge and subject to certain eligibility restrictions as described below.

  3. You are eligible for a refund (minus any Convenience Charges) or exchange only if you: (i) initiated the refund or exchange within the refunds and exchanges eligibility period prior to show time for the earliest show time of any of the tickets included in your purchase, and (ii) used a credit card, or a registered gift card (gift cards purchases can only be refunded to the gift card) to pay for the transaction. You will need to visit the theater to request a refund. In certain circumstances, a theater may not provide a refund or exchange, so please confirm with your theater whether a refund or exchange is available for your order.

  4. Exceptions to this refunds and exchanges policy include, but are not limited to: (1) transactions appearing as 'not found' or that resulted in a 'system error', (2) movie showings which are oversold or cancelled, and (3) certain other limited circumstances.

RETRIEVING YOUR TICKETS

  1. Please read your online, email and/or mobile confirmation pages carefully, as they provide you with important information about retrieving your tickets. Please remember to bring your Print-at-Home ticket with bar code to the theater. If you can't print or don't have a printer, just take your confirmation number with you. However, if you have a Print-at-Home Bar-Coded Ticket, you should present it when you arrive at the theater. If you purchased a Mobile Ticket (mobile accessible bar code ticket), bring a mobile device capable of displaying the Mobile Ticket to the concession stand.

  2. Your e-mail confirmation is not your ticket(s). You must pick up the tickets at the concession counter. Tickets not picked up by the end of the show time will be forfeit.

BE PREPARED TO PRESENT YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOUR PICTURE ID

  1. We may require that you present the actual credit card used to purchase tickets and the number printed on the card must match the number stored for your transaction. Also, please be prepared to present your picture ID when picking up tickets.

  2. If tickets are purchased for an “R” rated feature, ID’s must be presented for every ticket purchased in accordance with our policy for “R” rated films.

CHANGES TO TICKET POLICY

  1. From time to time, we may revise this Ticket Policy. You can determine when this Ticket Policy was last revised by referring to the top of this page. Any changes to this Ticket Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Ticket Policy on the Internet, accessible through the Services. By purchasing movie tickets or otherwise continuing to use Services following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes. If you do not agree with the terms of this Ticket Policy, as it may be amended from time to time, please do not purchase movie tickets from us or continue using the Services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  1. These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  2. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

  3. We will make every reasonable effort to informally resolve any complaints, disputes, or disagreements that you may have with us. If those efforts fail, by using our Services, you agree that any complaint, dispute, or disagreement you may have against FunTime Cinemas, and any claim that FunTime Cinemas may have against you, arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with our Terms and Policies, or any FunTime Cinemas Transactions or Relationships shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association or its successor (the "AAA") instead, and conducted in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in effect at that time (which shall be the "Applicable Rules" in such circumstances). If at the time the arbitration is filed that has Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness for Consumer Arbitrations in effect which would be applicable to the matter in dispute, FunTime Cinemas agrees to provide the benefit of such Minimum Standards to you to the extent they are more favorable than the comparable arbitration provisions set forth herein, provided, however, that in no event may such Minimum Standards contravene or restrict the application of other terms of arbitration. Furthermore, nothing herein shall prevent any party from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
